If you submit a quote or contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, business, email, phone, city or location, service needed, and message. If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.
The site may collect standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which hosting providers typically record to operate and secure the website.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to service requests, coordinate work, and communicate about your locations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the form to run unrelated marketing lists.
Sharing
Form submissions are stored in our Airtable inquiries table and emailed to [email protected] and [email protected]. If an email provider (such as Resend or Formspree) is configured, that provider processes the message in order to deliver it. Hosting providers may process technical data as needed to run the site.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to handle the request and operate the business, then delete or archive them in the ordinary course of operations. To access, correct, or ask us to delete information you submitted, email [email protected] or call 904 900 2405.
